Will Adinkwuye is the Head Chef at the White Horse and has been part of the team for the past two years, continuing to produce a delectable menu selection, from grazing style plates, to fresh light meals, and current main cuisine.
Born in Nigeria, Chef Adinkwuye got an early taste for fresh produce and an inspiring combination of flavours. He ventured to Miami, Florida to begin his training as a chef, after being inspired by his Mother’s ability to cook and create great atmospheres and memories with food. Chef Adinkwuye is also inspired by the ability to use cooking as a creative outlet, which is evident in his meticulous presentation and beautiful blend of ingredients, often provoked by the season and recently popular style of dining mood.
Chef Will has been in Australia sixteen years, and a distinguished Chef for the past twenty, working in some of the top restaurants in Sydney, from one hat restaurants to five star hotels, as well as award winning hotels and restaurants, spanning various styles of cuisine, and building menus for differing desires. Though Australia is currently his home, he has always been very fond of French and Japanese cuisine. His eclectic taste and broad capabilities make for a wide variety of dining experiences at the Whitehorse Hotel.
Chef Wills ability to expand a bar menu into a menu that continues to offer items not only of great restaurant quality but also meet the various moods and a hotels patrons, is highly commendable.
He takes pleasure in the use of fresh Australian produce and aspires to continue working and growing with The Whitehorse Hotel, producing fresh, tasty, creative and dynamic meals.
