Bistro CBD’s head chef Simun Dragicevich is quite the globetrotter. After kicking off his cooking career in Auckland, he moved to London where he was lucky enough to work under noted Michelin-star chef Richard Corrigan. In Sydney in 1997, he started cooking under Peter Doyle, eventually joining Doyle at est. in 2003. In 2005, he returned to his native New Zealand to work on the Bay of Islands as a head chef before rejoining the Merivale Group.
