Executive Chef, Ross Barrett attributes Quadrant Restaurant's impressive reputation to combining high quality food products with refined cooking techniques to create a WOW factor. Ross has been part of the 'back of house' team at Quadrant since the fine dining restaurant opened.
Throughout his career, Ross has proven himself, time and time again, most recently having won a Gold Medal at Salon Culinaire and nominated as a Chef of the Year finalist in the 2008 Australia Hotels Association Awards. (Please use picture of Ross attached).
