Patrick has been at the Novotel Rockford Palm Cove Resort since March 2008.

Patrick joined us with a wealth of experience and has worked at many resorts around the country including; The Vines Resort & Country Club in Perth,

Daydream Island Resort & Spa in the Whitsundays, Sofitel Reef Hotel Casino Cairns and Aqua Linea Restaurant Brisbane. As with all wonderful Chefs, Patrick is passionate about his work and is a very hands on Executive Chef.

This passion is obvious when you watch Patrick work and has resulted in many awards that Patrick has won. These include:
