James has been with the Novotel Barossa Valley resort for the past 5 years and during this time has enthusiastically embraced the use of regional produce. Under his stewardship the hotel has refined its focus and developed personal relationships with local producers.

Ben brings a diverse international resume, recently returning to Australia after 8 years in France. His most recent position was Sous Chef at Michelin Star restaurant, House of Denmark.
