Blond, bubbly and irrepressibly cheerful, just like her favourite beverage, Champagne Jayne first discovered her passion for fizz and all things French on a school exchange at age 15. Early on in her international career in media and hospitality she was christened “Champagne Jayne” by friends and work colleagues. CJ ran her first champagne club networking nights for senior clients and press colleagues in the risk management industry in London in the mid 1990s, and her clients always reported that such events delivered great relationship results.
Since immigrating to Australia and launching her own ‘sparkling edutainment’ consultancy in 2003, CJ’s signature Champagne Master Chef classes run in collaboration with the cream of local culinary talent, including award winners such as Mark Best, Tony Bilson and Christine Mansfield who have regularly featured in the Australian business and lifestyle media, and are always oversubscribed.
Champagne Jayne is a gregarious host and a passionate champagne evangelist, dedicated to helping both private and corporate clients uncork more passion, performance and pleasure in life. She is a sought after speaker, writer and special event producer, renowned for her ability to design and deliver scintillating relationship building functions for Australia’s Top 100 companies. Her first book entitled “Great, Grand and Famous Champagne - Behind the Bubbles” will be published in Australia in March 2011.
