Wine Society events are aimed at bringing people together in an atmosphere where enjoyment is the ultimate goal and gaining wine knowledge is all a part of the game.

The Introduction to Wine, Level 1 is a comprehensive eight hour course covering topics as diverse as the role of the winemaker, the effect of the climate in which the grapes are grown, how to spot faulty wines and above all, the art of wine appreciation.
